Last night, The Mexican superstars won this year’s Latin Grammy Award for Best Pop/Rock Album in recognition of their most recent chart-topping album Cama Incendiada.  Maná then joined with Norteno legends Los Tigres Del Norte for a show-stopping performance of “Somos Mas Americanos”- which concluded with an onstage call to arms for the Latino community to unite and ‘Don’t Vote For Racist Politicians’. Simultaneously, the two bands launched the new voter registration platform: SomosMas2016.com – in partnership with Voto Latino.

Co-hosted by actress Jacqueline Bracamontes and Roselyn Sanchez, the 16th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Awards showcased Latin music’s brightest stars, including Prince Royce, Espinoza Paz, Alejandro Sanz, Ricky Martin, Julion Alvarez, J Balvin with Farruko and Juan Luis Guerra. Award presenters included Mexican actor Diego Boneta, Latin GRAMMY® winner Miguel Bose, Miss Universe 2014 Paulina Vega, and Academy Award, Emmy, Tony, and GRAMMY® award winner Rita Moreno.

The Latin GRAMMY® Awards on Univision attracted more Hispanic Adults 18-49 than the combined audience of the latest editions of the “Billboard Music Awards,” “Country Music Awards” and “MTV Video Music Awards.”
